Hardcore Flyers

I've been collecting flyers forever, used to have all four walls of my bedroom covered in these things. Unfortunately after a couple of moves, the majority of my original flyers are in pretty beat shape. Thanks to Pat West from Change Fanzine, I've got a pile of cds full of scanned flyers. Eventually you'll be seeing a lot of those flyers hit DCXX, but for now, the flyers you're seeing here came from Facebook's Old School Hardcore group. Hope you enjoy and if you happened to have gone to some of these shows, feel free to leave comments. -Tim DCXX

  1. Sterling work, as always DCXX. My personal favourite (courtesy of Mr Al Barkley)...

  2. Nice, I have a different version of the 7 Seconds/Token Entry flyer. Never saw this one before.

  3. True story: the "Mosh Homeboy" at the bottom of the DRI/COC/Bl'ast flier is my handwriting, taken from a Nuclear Assault flier I made in in 1987. Just some dumb-ass trivia!

  4. Howie: I guess that handwriting must be on your copy of the flyer, as that's a flyer from a show I put on in August of 1986.

  6. D.R.I., C.O.C. and Bl'ast? That's a dream lineup for me. Unfortunately I was only 2 at the time of that show. Haha.

  7. Excellent post! I am so happy to find it, you're so creative and each illustration has something special behind, I really can feel it... specially with the second imagine, I don't know why, but I think you are the best at the list, I can't explain my position. 23jj
