Michael Jordan/Cro-Mags mash up


As a bit of a precursor/warm up to tomorrow's next Harely entry, I thought I'd drop this one on all those that would appreciate it. Being a manic Cro-Mags fan and equally manic Michael Jordan fan, this video here gave me goose bumps. Thanks to Karl from Montreal for bringing this baby to my attention. -Tim DCXX

    I love the cro mags but don't follow basketball so I can't share your excitement. I do think it's rad that something as simple as these two makes you happy though!

    i don't love sports, but this is michael jordan. a highlight reel of michael jordan. and if you are reading this blog, then i'd guess there's a very good chance you like the cro mags. how somebody couldn't see the coolness of this on even a basic level is "UGH" to me.

    Basketball is the only sport I actually follow, so this video rules(the Cro Mags soundtrack makes it even better). About the Karl Malone and Anthony Mason comment, what a hack.

    6.12 On the Cro-Mags and Death Before Dishonor have a classic presentation here at Sao Paulo, Brasil.
    The show's DBD was a lesson of good old hardcore old school. Now the Cro-Mags impressed me, a presentation of pure energy and an affinity with the audience like no other!

    Hey, I made this a couple years ago, glad you guys liked it. Though I got to confess, it was conceptualized in a most non straight edge mind frame. Karl Malone...uhh maybe dubbed over with Coldplay, not cro mags.

    It's funny, if you can't see that the whole 'youth crew' thing just mirrors sports...you're not paying attention.

    That being said, I think that's why I sometimes agree that although I love the music and most of the message, the whole jock thing just leaving me cold.

    Hardcore should fly in the face of everything organized sports related. Skateboarding = Hardcore. Basketball = Arena Rock
